Vinous – 89

The 2020 Bourgogne Rouge, matured in used oak, is quite deep in colour. Gorgeous blackcurrant and raspberry coulis scents on the nose, well-defined and fresh. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit tinged with blueberry, quite supple with fine acidity and spiciness on the finish. You could not wish for anything more from a Bourgogne Rouge.
