The majority of our wines are expertly sourced internationally, mainly from Europe. These wines carry a lead time of between 6-12 weeks and are consolidated in our bonded UK storage. Following arrival, your wines can be stored with us (please see our Storage page for details), transferred within the UK, or shipped internationally (all prices on this page exclude local duty and taxes). We also offer a selection of wines already landed in Hong Kong for which the turnaround time is 1–2 weeks and local delivery can be provided.

UK to Hong Kong

Air

We offer monthly air shipments from UK to Hong Kong at GBP 25 per 4.5L case (6x75cl). The lead time from departure is 1 week to Crown Wine Cellars, with local delivery arranged and charged separately.

For your case to be included on the shipment, we need to have confirmed your request in writing and received your case in our Vine account by the 2nd Monday of the month.

Alternatively, we can arrange a dedicated shipment for you at GBP 200 for the first 4 cases (minimum quantity) and GBP 50 per case thereafter, with no further local delivery charges; please contact us for further details.

Sea

We offer sea shipments every 6 weeks with no minimum quantity, charged at GBP 20 per unit (where 1 unit can be one OWC 1, one OWC 3, one carton of 24, etc.).

UK to Singapore

We offer bespoke air shipments from UK to Singapore (door to door) at GBP 60 per 9L case, minimum 5 cases per shipment. Insurance at 0.6% of consignment value (minimum SGD 80), local taxes, and duties may apply and will be charged to you directly by the shipper.

Hong Kong to Singapore

We offer bespoke air shipments from Hong Kong to Singapore (door to door) at SGD 200 per 9L case, minimum 10 cases per shipment. Insurance at 0.6% of consignment value (minimum SGD 80), local taxes, and duties may apply and will be charged to you directly by the shipper.

We do not currently offer delivery in mainland China.

Hong Kong Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for orders (single or combined) above HKD 5,000 except for the Outlying Islands.

For orders under this, our charges for the first 48 bottles are as follows:

• Hong Kong Island: HKD 200
• Kowloon: HKD 250
• New Territories: HKD 280

For every 12 bottles thereafter, there is a surcharge of HKD 40.

Deliveries must be agreed before 3pm 3 business days before the requested delivery date. Extra charges may apply for deliveries on weekends or public holidays. All prices cover one delivery attempt to one address.

Time slots are morning (before 1pm) or afternoon (by 5pm); currently, only Hong Kong Island deliveries can be scheduled for morning.

Surcharges

• All Discovery Bay and Tung Chung deliveries are charged at HKD 350 for the first 48 bottles and HKD 40 per 12 bottles thereafter.
• Delivery to Outlying Islands addresses outside of Discovery Bay and Tung Chung is arranged on a case by case basis, please contact us at  ask@cropandvine.com for further information.
• For all addresses, there is a stair charge of HKD 30 per flight.

UK Local Delivery

Our delivery charges (excluding VAT) for customers based in the UK are as follows:

• Most postcodes are charged at £18 for up to 10 cases, with each additional cases thereafter at £2 per case, but this may vary depending on your postcode: please verify the cost of your delivery when checking out.
• Delivery directly to storage account at LCB will be charged at £10 (for unlimited cases) and £18 (for up to 10 cases) to any other bonded warehouse with each additional case charged at £2 per case.
